Store Sales

The MaestroSoft Store is used for recording the transactions of items sold in quantity at a set price. Use for raffles, merchandise, centerpieces, etc.

Creating Store Items
In advance, create the items you wish to sell. At the main menu of AMPro, go to 9 Modify User Definable Lists, and then to 4 Fund-An-Item List

  1. From the main menu of the software, go to 4 Prepare for the Event and then go to 4 Enter Merchandise to Sell
  2. Use the blank line at the bottom of the list to enter in a new item
  3. The difference between the price and value is used for tax purposes
  4. The quantity is used when printing the optional "bid sheet"
  5. Use the Bid Sheet or Ticket List to record sales

Selling Store Items

  1. On the During the Auction Screen [6,2], go to the Enter Merchandise tab
  2. Select a Default Item
  3. Use the blank line at the bottom of the list to enter in a bid number and a quantity. If you want the item to be added to their statement, do not mark it paid.
